I understand that FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
I accept that FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
I further understand and acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to my health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is not in a position to advise me whether I should travel to any particular place at any particular time. Rather, to assist me in making an informed decision, I should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).
I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
I have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.
I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth, and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight. I further acknowledge that beginning on May 7, 2025, I must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information). We strongly suggest that clients reconfirm exact flight times with the carrier prior to departure. Air travelers are required to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights and must report to the gate at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to comply may result in the loss of the seat to another passenger.
I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and, depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas.

In the event of an airline schedule change, FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline. In the event of any change in flight itinerary made directly between passengers and their airline, it is the passengers' responsibility to advise FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC of amended flight details in writing at [email protected] FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC cannot be held responsible for land services, including arrival and/or departure transfers, if flights are changed without its knowledge.
It is my responsibility to ensure I’m aware of any health requirements, health advisories, or health travel restrictions applicable to my travel destinations and to ensure that I carry all necessary vaccination documentation. FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is not responsible for providing you with this information. Travel carriers and local authorities at travel destinations may require specific testing prior to boarding and/or upon arrival at your destination. You may be denied entry onto your carrier and/or entry upon arrival at your destination, or be required to self-quarantine at your destination and upon your return to the United States. You must comply with local government regulations. Additional costs are your responsibility. Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. By signing below, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions (i.e., increases before full payment and increases attributable to government-imposed taxes or fees after full payment will be your responsibility) applicable to your purchase. If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be changeable. Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. All desired changes must be made in writing to FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC.
Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking that you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. In addition to supplier cancellation policies, cancellations, after a trip deposit is made, are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 per booking or 10% of the trip total, whichever is greater, payable immediately to FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC.
We reserve the right to correct errors. All land and event offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In the event of a land or event pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing or make any other corrections.
I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC to you constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. FOR YOUR GETAWAYS, LLC is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment, or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy.
